The National Federation of Grandmother Clubs of America, Inc. was founded in 1938 by a woman who had a vision of contributing resources toward the goodwill of grandchildren and children everywhere.
The Federation is dedicated to contribute to research relating to children’s diseases and well-being. The Federation raises funds and contributes yearly to CURE Childhood Cancer.

National Federation of Grandmother Clubs of America is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds to support innovative research which focuses on the causes, treatment and cure of childhood diseases.
Anna K. Brown chartered The National Federation of Grandmother Clubs of American in Chicago, Illinois in 1938 to help grandmothers fill their idle time. Membership of Federation has grown to almost 1,000 members within chartered clubs throughout the continental United States and Hawaii. The National Federation of Grandmother Clubs of America and its member clubs are a non-sectarian, non-partisan, non-profit organization.
Support charitable projects chosen by the National President and
adopted by the National Federation.
Contribute to research relating to children’s diseases.
Honor Grandmother-hood through the observance of the second Sunday
in October as National Grandmothers’ Day and to work to have it so established
by legislation throughout the United States.
